SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

- Domestic: Free on orders over $100 / $7.99 otherwise
- International: $25-50 depending on destination
Express Shipping (2-3 business days):
- Domestic: $14.99
- International: $60-100
Overnight Shipping (1 business day):
- Domestic: $29.99
- International: $150-250 (where available)
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination location
- Carrier and service level selected
- Destination country customs procedures
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. We regularly review rates to maintain competitiveness.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time excludes shipping time.
4. Delivery Confirmation
All shipments include:
- Tracking number provided via email
- Real-time tracking through carrier website
- Delivery confirmation
- Insurance coverage for loss or damage
5. Shipping to International Destinations
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes (calculated and collected by customs, not included in our price)

6. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages: If your package doesn't arrive within 30 days, we'll investigate with the carrier. If declared lost, we'll issue a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages: Report damage within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We'll coordinate replacement or refund with carrier.
Delayed Delivery: Delays occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. We'll provide updated delivery estimates and maintain communication.
7. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders exceeding $100. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
8. Special Orders and Custom Items
Custom or made-to-order items have extended processing times (10-14 business days) before shipping. Shipping timelines are provided with custom order confirmation.
9. Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us at your expense, and a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs.
10. Address Accuracy
You're responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are customer's responsibility to retrieve or reship.
11. Signature Requirements
High-value items (over $200) may require signature at delivery. This protects both parties by confirming receipt and condition.
12. Tracking and Communication
We provide:
- Tracking number within 24 hours of shipment
- Email notification when package ships
- Real-time tracking updates
- Delivery confirmation
- Proactive communication regarding any delays or issues
13. Restrictions
We cannot ship to certain locations due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions. Restricted destinations are clearly indicated during checkout.
14. Your Responsibility
Upon delivery:
- Inspect packages promptly for damage
- Report issues within 48 hours
- Keep delivery confirmation as proof of receipt
- Note that delivery confirmation indicates customer receipt, not condition assessment
